As within, so without

Every single thing that happens in your external world is a direct reflection of your internal world.

We attract the lessons we need to learn, whether we want to learn those lessons or not is besides the point

Either way, we are pulling these things towards us and they become our opportunities for self-reflection, for self-discovery, for growth

They are opportunities to cultivate love

To react with kindness

To choose peace

Be gentle with yourself

The lessons are hard to learn, hard to understand too

But we are here to try

To put one foot in front of the other and embrace ourselves completely, the light and the dark both
