What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is a form of yoga where movement is paired with the breath in varying sequences. It is a dynamic practice with the goal of integrating mind, body, and breath to increase vitality and health as well as decrease stress. Each yoga posture has specific benefits and your practice can be geared to suit your physical and emotional needs. 

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a restorative form of yoga where postures are held for extended periods of time to encourage the release of physical and energetic tension being held in the muscles, tendons, myofascia, and all other supportive tissues of the body. This is a powerful practice for not only the recovery of the body but for profound emotional and mental healing as well.  

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of guided energy healing where vital life force energy (called 'prana' in Sanskrit) is directed to areas in your body that need it most for healing. This energy works on your metaphysical, or energetic body (made up of your chakra system) which is responsible for the state of your physical health and mental/ emotional well-being. Reiki is an incredibly powerful experience of healing that is suitable for all.
